Preventive maintenance

The preventive maintenance module makes it easy to set up a multi-year maintenance plan based on frequency or running hours. After all, the downtime and required maintenance hours of the various departments become transparent in order to plan effectively and efficiently.

The Q3 maintenance management system also offers the possibility of working with checklists. These can be checked off per action performed. In this way, you ensure that maintenance work is carried out according to a fixed step-by-step plan.

Stock management centrally controlled

Warehouse counts with mobile and tablet. Scanning barcodes on warehouse shelves and linking photos, prices and delivery times.

Automatic order requirements using minimum stock registration. Purchase order is sent from Q3 to the preferred supplier. Item consumption is displayed in the object's parts list.

Key registration

Keys provide access to buildings, facilities, critical environments, equipment, machinery and vehicles. In short, keys are one of your most important assets. Intelligent key registration from Q3 secures, manages and controls the use of each key, with only authorized individuals having access to the keys. The system provides complete visibility of who took the key out when and when it was returned.

Work permits and RI&E risk analyses.

Work permits are mostly created in proprietary Excel or Word documents, with different versions making the rounds. In Q3 , however, these documents are guaranteed:
  • User is guided through process steps with required stages and approvals with digital signatures
