Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a consultant who can improve the maintenance concept at our customers. This includes a decisive plan and structure so that the production availability rate becomes and remains reliable. In addition, a successful implementation of Q3 is important. This is a one-time affair and is therefore often placed outside the existing organization. This work is therefore placed with Q3 Concept B.V., partly to prevent this project from being constantly under pressure from the normal daily activities of the company itself.

For you, as a Q3 Concept consultant, the primary responsibility lies in below. Here it is important to recognize how an organizational structure is structured.

• Drafting the Plan of Action with a feasible schedule;
• Deliver project deliverables in accordance with the PVA;
• Point of contact for the client regarding all Q3 matters;
• Monitor progress, schedule, budget, bottlenecks and suggest measures to keep the project on track;
• Provide sufficient capacity and knowledge to complete implementation in a timely manner;
• Organize and conduct Q3 training sessions;
• Timely anticipation of potential software needs.

General

A varied and challenging position awaits you in which you play an important role within the overall business process. You will be in contact by phone and email with our customers regarding everything related to the implementation of Q3. Your main tasks are to organize, plan and execute the work to provide the right solutions to our customers. In addition, you are involved in new developments within our software and offer solutions for customized requirements.

As a consultant, you will work with all departments within our company, such as development, the office manager and management to fulfill your duties. The office has an informal working atmosphere, where everyone feels responsible for all necessary work. We are a small and decisive team and are looking for someone who can increase our clout. We offer a job in which you have responsibility, but also get a lot of freedom to provide input where your own initiative and independence are very important.
