Do you want to help organizations design their maintenance processes smarter, more efficient and future-proof?

At Q3 we develop user-friendly maintenance software that enables organizations to better plan, execute and optimize their maintenance. In addition, Q3 provides organizations with valuable insights and analysis around assets and maintenance data, supporting internal processes and decision making.

As a Consultant you are the face of Q3 at the customer. You supervise implementations, provide training and advise organizations on the optimal set-up of the system based on their business processes. You will help customers organize their maintenance processes more efficiently and get a better grip on their assets and operations.

You are not only a consultant, but also a sparring partner and account manager for your customers. You build long-term relationships, think proactively about improvements and ensure that customers get the most out of Q3 Maintenance Software.

Our clients are in a wide range of industries, so no day is the same. The position consists of a combination of inside and outside sales work: you will work both on site at clients' premises and from the office or at home.

What will you do?

• Implement and configure Q3 Maintenance Software.
• Advise clients on the design and optimization of maintenance processes
• Provide training and guidance to users
• Function as permanent point of contact and account manager for clients
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas on process optimization
• Maintain lasting client relationships within various industries

What we are looking for

• Interested in maintenance, engineering and software
• HBO working and thinking level
• Communication strong, analytical and customer oriented
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good ability to switch between multiple clients and work simultaneously
• Experience with maintenance or maintenance software is a plus
