Preventive maintenance, check listen & planning
Establishing and systematically managing a multi-year maintenance plan along with the necessary check listens, work instructions and contracts.
Item management, inventory management & procurement
Managing inventory items along with the procurement process. Setting up the warehouse structure with locations and warehouses, with data such as current and minimum stock, order size, supplier and manufacturer.
Q3 Mobile
Setting up and setting up Q3 for working with tablet or smartphone. Doing notifications, handling work orders, using checklists working with the recording tool with pictures and maintenance videos.
Work Permits/ RI&E
A work permit or risk analysis is set up together where we provide explanations to get you started immediately with your own example of a Work Permit or an RIE.
